We can offer you a team approach in working together to understand your unique diagnosis and needs, co-design an integrated and innovative treatment and recovery plan, and support you and your family every step of the way as you take steps towards a full, healthy, and meaningful life.
What Makes Our Treatment Unique & Effective? What this means is that you are supported by a committed group who is invested in your treatment, and who is eager to offer feedback and support to make sure that your recovery and healing is on-track and meaningful to you. Although you may only meet with one practitioner, you can rest assured that the team is behind you, every step of the way.
Integrated Care, At a Reasonable Cost? You will only ever pay the fee of the individual practitioner you meet with. This means you could receive the support of a full team of professionals, for the price of one! We will never charge you for the weekly team meetings that your practitioner participates in or any of the case management that we conduct on your behalf. You have the option to engage with the team or just meet with an individual practitioner for your care, it's your choice!

Kate is a Professional Certified Coach and Recovery Specialist who partners with her clients to bridge the gap from where they are today and where they want to be. Kate offers life, recovery, career coaching and coaches professionals who want to enhance their leadership skills and management performance & development. She opened The Brightening Center in October, 2016 with the goal of providing integrated services in a safe and warm environment.

Mary partners with you and your family to navigate the road to recovery. Providing peer support, educating families on tools for living well and establishing connections for staying well. Sharing hope through understanding, encouragement, and empowerment.
