Hope for the future
In partnership, we can explore self-efficacy – boost your confidence as a caregiver by exploring experiences of mastery, modeling, social persuasion, and psychological factors. Additionally, we can build hope – post-traumatic growth is a choice which comes about by relating to others, new possibilities, personal strength, spiritual change, and appreciation for life.
