RECURRING COMMUNITY EVENTS
Tuesday's, 10-11am - Al-Anon - Fellowship that offers a program of recovery for the families and friends of alcoholics. No cost and no registration required. If you are interested in learning more, please contact Mary at 484-433-8242 or [email protected].
Tuesday's, 6:30-7:30pm - Singing Bowl Meditation Sangha - Guided meditation for mind and body. Helps promote focus, clarity, and relaxation. Quartz crystal chakra "singing bowl" meditation helping mind and body connection through vibrational energies. Cost: $15 (sliding scale available). No registration required. Every Wednesday, 7pm-8pm & Saturday, 10am-11am - Refuge Recovery Meetings - a mutual-aid group, similar to 12-step, using Buddhist perspectives on recovery. Thursday's, 7-8:30pm - Recovery Yoga/Meditation Class - A 90-minute trauma sensitive yoga, meditation, and discussion group for anyone on a path of recovery. Cost: $15 (sliding scale available). Every Monday, 10am-12pm - Relapse Prevention Therapy Group - continuing to build coping skills and receiving support needed for long-term recovery. The victories and challenges of living a sober life on life's terms will be carefully examined and celebrated. Cost: $55 (sliding scale available). Every Monday, 5pm-6:30pm - Peer Recovery Support Group - A weekly group for individuals who are in their early stages of recovery. Purpose of the group is to promote recovery and provide support for individuals to accomplish their recovery goals, build their support network, and share their successes & challenges.
